THE RIDE IS RESTRICTED TO 12 PEOPLE – SO BOOK EARLY TO SECURE A PLACE

A round trip from Barnet to St Albans, returning via the Alban Way and Potters Bar.

The ride is about 26 miles/42 km, paced around 9 / 10 miles an hour average. The starting time is 10 am at the Spires, but please get there a little earlier for a briefing. We’ll be back by 3.30pm. Two 45 minute stops for brunch and cake.

The ride will be mostly on road but the Alban Way section is pedestrian and cycling only. This ride is suitable for riders who want to keep moving fairly steadily but is neither for beginners or strong riders wanting to push themselves.

Sorry, but we cannot accommodate children on this ride.
