A round trip from Barnet into Hertfordshire. 30 miles (49km) at a steady pace (10-11 mph average), led by Salim. This ride is suitable for riders who want to keep moving fairly steadily but is neither for beginners nor strong riders wanting to push themselves. Mainly on roads with some hills.
