Here’s a summary of what’s happening:
· When? Morning and evening of 24 September
· Where? Up to 3 locations in your borough
· Who? Teams of two people per flyering location
· Important dates and deadlines:
o By 9 August – email jessica.pike@lcc.org.uk to confirm your participation
o 15 August – optional online help session about Civi and e-newsletters
o By 30 August – email jessica.pike@lcc.org.uk to confirm:
§ flyering locations
§ number of t-shirts and sail flags needed
§ whether you’ll be doing bike shop outreach and who will be leading on this
o By 6 September – email jessica.pike@lcc.org.uk to confirm whether you will be collecting flyers etc from the office or need them posted
o 21 September – ensure your welcome emails are updated and commit to sending out future newsletters
o 24 September – flyering day! Take photos and vids of your flyering to post on social media or send to Melanie
o 25 September – feedback to LCC
o End of September – LCC sends out detailed data on newsletter sign-ups and recruitment per borough
