Charles Harvey has had his bike stolen and is looking for a replacement. He’s been in touch with Broadway Bikes but was wondering if any Barnet Cycling Campaign members have a bike they wanted to sell. The basic requirements are below:
Frame size: Medium to Large: Charles’ height is 5ft 10in (178cm) and his inside leg measurement is 31in (79 cm).
Suitable for:
Local travel, shopping, touring, day rides, moderate off road riding, e.g. canal towpaths, gravel paths, farm roads.
Will not be used for:
Commuting, cycle sport, serious off road riding.
Desirable: Mud guards, strong rear pannier rack, low gears.
Not essential: Index gearing. Saddle – I already have a spare saddle so that is not important.
