…But that doesn’t stop a Barnet Cyclist from cycling in the winter. How do you keep dry and warm in the colder months? What do you wear – what can you recommend – or avoid? Sometimes the simple cheap tricks are the best. Do you change anything on the bike? Bring along any bits of kit to show and tell. Beforehand, we will have the usual round up of news and a chat over coffee. 

Sunday 8 December – Christmas Lunch – at Alexander’s in Russell Lane N20. Bookings now open – see the attached form. Paper copies will be available at the October meeting. Final date for booking is the meeting on 28 November.

After a catch up with local cycling business, and a cup of coffee, we will hear about a recent cycling trip to northern Belgium. A number of cyclists from Barnet, who are also members of a local Forty Plus cycle group, had a week’s cycle tour in Belgium. Come and hear – and see – all about it.
