Saturday 28th July Prudential RideLondon Freecycle

The LCC is planning to run a feeder ride from Tally Ho Corner at 10am on the 28th. They will provide a leader but they need marshals to help. If you would like to volunteer please read on….and contact the LCC direct.

Ride marshal volunteers needed for Freecycle Feeder rides

The Prudential RideLondon Freecycle is on Saturday 28th July and London Cycling Campaign are running a ride from every London borough into the event, and back home again. These rides escort families and those less confident at cycling on London’s busy roads into the closed-road course at a relaxed pace. We’re looking for experienced cyclists to lend their confident pedal power to those less experienced and provide a safe escort into the City! We need as many volunteers as possible from every borough, so please register to volunteer asap!

Ride Marshal and Ride Leader training

We are running our first marshal training next week in the evening on Tuesday 26th June – please forward to anyone interested in marshalling for Freecycle this year! See here for direct sign up link.

In addition we have two other dates for marshal training, and some ride leader training: see here for more info.

Group 3 – Ian will lead a ride after lunch taking in either the Roman museum or new Town Hall museum before returning to Barnet with a tea stop en route.
