Our rides vary: if you are new to us please consult our Rides Co-ordinator, or the ride leader for the ride you’d like to join, for advice about suitable rides for you. As a rough guide, our easiest rides start at around 15 miles at a pace of about 7 to 8 mph. We also have opportunities for stronger riders.

We have a leader supplied by the LCC for the feeder ride as below.  And we have some volunteers from Barnet Cycling Campaign to help marshal the ride. We are expecting quite a large ride so could do with some more help. If you are free on Saturday and can help, please be at  Tally Ho at 9.30am to meet the leader.  Best also to officially register for the ride – and as a marshal – see link below.
If you have any questions – or would like me to forward your name to the ride leader -then email me at alison.ewington@ntlworld.com

The Prudential RideLondon Freecycle is on Saturday 28th July and London Cycling Campaign are running a ride from every London borough into the event, and back home again. These rides escort families and those less confident at cycling on London’s busy roads into the closed-road course at a relaxed pace. We’re looking for experienced cyclists to lend their confident pedal power to those less experienced and provide a safe escort into the City! We need as many volunteers as possible from every borough, so please register to volunteer asap!
We are running our first marshal training next week in the evening on Tuesday 26th June – please forward to anyone interested in marshalling for Freecycle this year! See here for direct sign up link.
In addition we have two other dates for marshal training, and some ride leader training: see here for more info.
